I’m Vicki Wetter, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals across the lifespan achieve improved mental health and overall well-being. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and other mood and personality disorders. My passion for mental health care grew from my experience working in the Florida prison system, where I witnessed firsthand the critical need for accessible, compassionate, and quality mental health treatment. These experiences strengthened my commitment to helping individuals receive the support and care they deserve. I believe that effective mental health care begins with listening, understanding, and meeting each person where they are. To make care more accessible and convenient, I offer telehealth services, allowing clients to receive support from the comfort and privacy of their own homes. My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I work with each individual to understand their concerns, identify treatment needs, and develop a personalized plan that may include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and ongoing follow-up care. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to take an active role in your mental health journey. Together, we can work toward greater emotional well-being, improved quality of life, and a fuller, more fulfilling future.
